Extreme Thumbnail Generator. User interface. Image overwrite dialog.

Image overwrite dialog

This dialog appears if you set Image overwrite mode (on Step 2) to Ask. It will let you decide what to do with the image files with the equal names.

Image overwrite dialog.

You can do one of the following:

  • Remove new image from project - removes new image from your project

  • Automatically rename all new images - this will set the Image overwrite mode to Auto rename and this dialog will not appear any more

  • Rename - you can enter the New file name and click the Rename button to give a new name to the image file

  • Remove existing image from project - removes the existing image from your project

  • Abort gallery generation - stops the gallery generation process

  • Overwrite existing image - overwrites the existing image with the new one

If you uncheck the Show images checkbox, this dialog will open much faster but you will not see the images, only file names.
