Starting addresses

The Starting Addresses section of the Download Project properties allows you to specify or modify the addresses from which Extreme Picture Finder must start searching for files. A Project can have any number of starting addresses. All of them will be searched one after another using the same settings.

All Starting Addresses that are currently in the Project are displayed in the Address List. You can add, update and delete addresses in this list. You can also add any number of addresses to the project or save the entire address list to the external text file using the Import / Export URLs button.

A Manual login box must be used for the password-protected websites with HTML forms authentication. If this box is set, then Extreme Picture Finder will open the a browser window for each Starting address and let you login into the website.

Add a new Starting Address

To add a new Starting Address to the Project you have to type the URL into the Starting Address (URL) field below the Address List and click the Add button. If the URL is password protected, then you must type the username into the Username field and the password into the Password field before clicking the Add button.

Update Starting Address

When you select the Address in the Address List you can update it. To update a selected Starting Address edit the URL in the Starting Address (URL) field and click the Update button.

Delete Starting Address

To delete a Starting Address you have to select it in the Address List. You can select multiply address by holding the Shift or Ctrl key. Clicking the Remove button will delete the selected Address(es) from the list.
