Extreme Picture Finder has a built-in picture viewer which is used by default to view all downloaded image files. You can view all images in the folder with it or all downloaded search results including full-size and related images. It also allows you to enlarge or shrink the pictures, rotate them and view the pictures in a slide show.
Commands
All commands of the built-in picture viewer are available from the toolbar in the bottom part of the window or from the right-click menu. Also every command has a keyboard shortcut.
